Delonghi HTM1 Ceramic POT

And if you want a high quality cuppa with a minimum of fuss and effort, get yourself one of these beauties - a Delonghi MRS Ceramic Pot. Tea makers are an appliance manufactures often get badly wrong. Small faults in design and manufacture can result in the tea maker being so infuriatingly difficult to use, that the offending item is often consigned to back of a dark cupboard and never used again! However, Delonghi manage to avoid many of the standard errors made by other brands manufacturing ceramic tea makers, resulting in a product that you will want to use and tell all your friends about. Advantages: Stylish look.
Disadvantages: Paint on controls rubs off.

...I bought this in conjunction with the built in oven as they both look very stylish together. I am very impressed with the hob, it is very easy to use, having 4 control knobs which are ergonomically designed to hold and twist easily. They are very easy to pull off, give them a wash and push back on, the only downside is that if you scrub too hard the white indicator markings on them will rub off. It has 4 heating zones, which are very fast to heat up and also to cool down. Being a ceramic hob it is very easy to clean, although i recommend you keep on top of it, if you cook ontop of some burnt on food it becomes encrusted and almost impossible to clean (apart from using hob brite it's great.) ...What can you say about a kettle, well not much really, does it boil water, yes, ok great, it's done its job but in conjuction with my review on my fabulous Delonghi toaster I didn't want to leave the kettle out and thought I would write a little about that too. As reviewed with the toaster, my husband and I picked the Delonghi kettle purely for its sleek and sexy design. The kettle comes in a lovely gun metal grey colour and is metal not like theses regular plastic types kettles you can pick up for a fiver in most shops. Ok, so it is a bit more expensive, you can buy it for about £20 in most home stores, such as Debenhams but I have a lovely new kitchen so I wanted something a bit stylish and this fitted the bill.
