I bought this for a present for my husband and was duly disappointed by the cheap feel the machine had. When it worked it worked well. There is a choice of strong or weak coffee (my moving a very cheap, plastic lever). The coffee it produced was very nice and not at all bitter. The shape of the coffee jug made it difficult to pour water into the back of the machine, or to pour coffee into a cup without spilling some. It lasted approximately 8 months and then the thermostat broke and the coffee failed to filter.
This machine is cheap for a reason. I will spend more now on a machine that will hopefully last more than 5 minutes.

I rated somewhat helpful because although you've written well, you haven't really provided much detail surrounding the machine - the price you paid for it and where, what it promises to do and how it works, things like that.
