The package can be purchased for around £340 online. It is not something sold in currys or dixons - a specialist hi-fi shop should stock it however.
Advantages: Stylish, Great Sounding, Value for money Disadvantages: Basic
The Thing about this piece of kit is it's hi fidelity, this means superior sound quality to the normal radios and cd players you can buy for 50 quid. The sound quality is amazing and if you're going form a normal radio to this you will notice!!! As I did, this was my first hi fi, and I was recommended to buy it from a specialist music shop they said it was one of the best value for money hi fi's around and I agree. Although it lacks the features ... ...than made up by its style and easy functionality. To listen to a cd all you must do is press one button its great. A fantastic buy for anyone wanting to enter the proper Hi Fi market.

Advantages: Good sound quality, small and compact, easy to set up Disadvantages: No tape deck
This is an excellent CD player that has good sound quality for its size. It is compact and fits onto a bookshelf as well as being elegant. The buttons are easy to use and the remote control is convenient as well. This comes very highly recommended.

Advantages: Great looker, great noise maker. Disadvantages: Size may be too small for some.
recommended mini-system in its field, so I can?t have done too badly.
The system is beautifully styled in a brushed silver effect with the fewest buttons possible on the front; so don?t lose the remote eh? Basically there?s an on/off switch, a volume, a function button, play, stop and search buttons. The controls are to the right of the unit, with the CD tray on the top left/centre, and a generously sized digital display underneath.
The actual unit itself (Denon model number CD Receiver UD-M31) is small, taking up a footprint of around 21 x 30 cm, so will fit in quite easily in many places. 2 additional identical sized units are available for Minidisc and CD RW tasks if you so desire. The Unit has all the usual CD functions, programmable, random etc (these via the remote) and won?t surprise you really, unless you?ve never used a CD player ...
