The Thing about this piece of kit is it's hi fidelity, this means superior sound quality to the normal radios and cd players you can buy for 50 quid. The sound quality is amazing and if you're going form a normal radio to this you will notice!!! As I did, this was my first hi fi, and I was recommended to buy it from a specialist music shop they said it was one of the best value for money hi fi's around and I agree. Although it lacks the features and technology that some cd players have, this is more than made up by its style and easy functionality. To listen to a cd all you must do is press one button its great. A fantastic buy for anyone wanting to enter the proper Hi Fi market.

When you buy this box you are buying a radio and a CD player, it is easily expandable to play mini disk cassettes and mp3, but you must buy those boxes at an extra cost. The sockets at the back allow you to connect a TV or computer, with the right cables. It's extremely reliable as I have never had a problem touch wood. However when buying this you must consider the speakers you are going to buy, I am using a set of Kefs which work great together. When buying this my advice would be to go to a Hi Fi shop where they can advice you and share their knowledge.
