They lost me but I've returned

Advantages: Good range of products, FANTASTIC prices on CD's DVD's etc, clean well lit store, easy accessibility for Physically challenged, a good range of products
Disadvantages: Not the cheapest for confectionery, annoying queueing system which is like the Post office-but then again you can't have everything.

Advantages: High Street locations, range of products
Disadvantages: cluttered displays/only deals in minimum of each range
