Hawaiian tropic complete care aftersunafter bath
I tend to buy a lot of the Hawaiian tropic products when we go abroad because i like the smell and they remind me of holidays spent in the sunshine. I had never tried this one before but decided it was worth a go because I have never had any problems with the products before.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Since this doesn't just market itself as an aftersun, but rather as complete body care, i am expecting something great from it, although even before I use it, I do expect it to be merely an aftersun/moisturiser...not cynical, merely a realist.
This is an aftersun/after bath product so I believe that makes it the kind of product which can be used all year round as a body moisturiser, unless it is for after the bath when you have previously spent the day on the sun. I digress... the product ...

We were shopping in Asda, when my boyfriend said he wanted some AfterSun as he had got sunburnt on his arms. We headed for the sun care section, and he chose Asda Smart Price aftersun lotion as it was the cheapest one there. To be honest, I wasn't convinced this would be any good and offered to buy a more expensive named brand, but he insisted that this one would be fine, so that's what we bought.
A few weeks later and I had to use this myself as I'm very pale and managed to get slightly burnt on my shoulders even though I'd only been in the sun 10 minutes!

So, last weekend was probably one of the hottest of the year so far according to me. I didn't actually realise how hot it was at the time of course so avoiding putting on suntan lotion. However, I later regretted this when I got home, after hours of sunbathing. I noticed my arm was bright red as were my cheeks and nose. I didn't have any aftersun at home unfortunately at the time so I was made to live out my daily life in humiliation with a bright red nose.
