I owned this product a good couple of years ago when I had relatively bad skin and was prone to breakouts. It was recommended to me by many people, and despite the high pricetag I assumed on the strength of the recommendations it would be worth it to clear up my skin.
Obviously, different face washes affect people's skin in different ways, but once I started using this face wash I found it gave me horrendously dry skin. Before using the face wash my skin had been oily, and using this wash really made my skin go completely the other way and I had quite severe dry patches on my forehead, and at the sides of my face (near the hairline by my ears). I find this face wash very harsh on the skin, and although obviously a lot of people find it very effective I would just like to add a potential warning that it can severely dehydrate your skin.
I stopped using this face wash after about 2 months and switched to a much gentler wash which benefited my skin immensely. However, even now I still need to use products that are for sensitive skins as my skin has never quite reverted back to how it was before I used this wash.
