Dermalogica Exfoliating Body Scrub

This skin scrub is way more expensive than many on the market but I bought it as a treat to myself after I had my daughter when I was wanting to 'treat' myself and spend a bit of time on me.

I have very fair and sensitive skin but this hasn't affected me at all so when it says it is suitable for sensitive skin types I can say that this much is true!

Instead this is much more gentle so feels nicer and more luxurious on my skin.

Directions:
Just smooth into the skin in circular motions and rinse with warm water. The mixture of ingredients then work on the skin to help keep it moist and fresh. The dead skin cells are removed from the skin and the stimulation of the rubbing onto the skin helps to promote cell regrowth which leads to your skin looking shiny and fresh.

I use this about 3 times a week and it does seem to make my skin look a lot more fresh and it feels really soft. The smell is really mild, not too strong just very lightly scented of fresh flavours a little like lavendar. I love the feel of my skin after as it's so smooth!

The bottle is very plain and clinical looking with it being white and blue so makes it look like a product which you can trust. I wasn't mislead by this packaging either as it definitely does work.

You don't need to use much either for it to work so it's good in that respect especially as it's pricey, at least you don't use the whole bottle up quickly!

You can buy ths from most chemists and off some sites online too. Prices range from £16- £22 depending on where you buy.

You can get much cheaper products which claim to do a similar thing although don't use such rich ingredients- Sandalwood is a very expensive essential oil.

I would recommend this as a good treat to yourself when you want to spend some time and money spoiling yourself and making time for you to feel good
