I have had on and off bad skin for the past 10 years i would say. I have practically used every single cleanser and bacterial wash ever, even prescription creams but nothing has ever worked, untill my sister brought this. My sister raved how in one night it cleared her skin of spots and any blemish, so i went online and ordered my self the Acne prone Dermalogica travel kit, which included one of the products being the Medicated clearing gel. You apply it at night once you have washed and cleansed your face and leave it on till morning and then wash it off. It smelt fairly OK and did make my face feel kind of tight but i kept it on all night and washed off in morning..... My skin felt fresh and most of my spots had gone, i did notice that my dkin felt dry after an hour or too so had to moisturise but it was alot clearer of spots than the night before. YAY a result!!
The product claims it does this by sloughing off dead skin cells and reducing sebum (which is oil) that clogs follicles leading to breakouts. It contains Salicylic Acid which helps clear skin and prevent blemishes.. Aliginated Zinc Triplex which helps fight bacteria, regulate sebum production and reduce irritation and Naturally-antiseptic Tea Tree Oil which aids in skin repair
The only downside to this product is that it costs about £20 for a 50ml bottle, which is rather on the expensive side but i would say its worth it.
So my verdict is that anyone with problem skin should pay that little extra more for this product :) !
