Daily microfoliant is easy to use, after cleansing or in the shower, dispense about half a teaspoon into very wet hands and create a creamy paste by rubbing your hands together. Apply to face and neck in circular motions, avoiding the eyearea. Massage gently for one minute, then rinse throughly with warm water. This can be used when washing your face or in the shower. The above directions are Dermalogicas but I find it quite difficult to juggle the bottle around and put into very wet hands, so I tend to put into one wet hand, then wet the other then rub them together, If my skin is feeling particulary overloaded or dry I use this twice. I use it once and massage in for 30 seconds, rinse off, wait a few minutes then use again and massage in for 1 minute. This really makes a difference if your skin ...
