These bars are really tasty and especially good if you are serious about your muscle building. they come in several flavours peanut, chocolate, chocolate cheesecake, strawberry and chocolate orange, but my favourite has to be the peanut ones. More convenient than protein drinks and they contain 50grams of protein per bar but are low in carbohydrates. They are filling and i often have one as a meal replacement if i haven't time to eat or i am eating on the run. The strawberry flavour does taste a little powdery and they can all be a bit sickly but i sometimes split it into half and have it in 2 sittings.
