This is my first experience with PCSpecialist(.co.uk) and I feel I can only write a positive review!

On first visiting the website there's a lot to take in, however, if you know roughly what you want the rest of the order process is simple AND detailed.
Whilst there's a large choice of desktop cases, ranging in price, I'd consider them all to be quite 'butch' in appearance. Then again, there is the option to use a case of your own - customize all you want!
Each component available has viewable details to help fill gaps in your technical knowledge, and once all parts are selected a handy summary is displayed and clearly notes any incompatibilities.

Prices are flexible and you can definitely get a good spec on a budget, alternatively, if you have cash to burn you can create a super machine that should perform for many years! Compared to pre-built/highstreet desktops there's no contest - custom builds are the best value for money and offer far superior choice of hardware.

I opted for a fast-track 3 day build/delivery and it arrived on time. They even send text messages updating you on your delivery time! It's also worth paying extra for the extended support, a small price for the great quality of service.

Unfortunately, 1 month in, my Nvidia graphics card ( this perhaps requires its own review ) ceased working. I had to leave PCSpecialist an email about this due to the long bank holiday, yet in 24hours of them re-opening they organised a next-day replacement card to be sent out. This also came with handy text messages alerting me of delivery and tracking!

I'm hoping that my gaming/media editing build will last me years, but should any future problems occur I'm confident they will be handled very quickly.

I would definitely shop with PCSpecialist again and recommend to anyone looking for their next machine. Very happy!
