Great design but poor execution

Advantages brilliant way to order a custom PC exactly as you want and at a competitive price
Disadvantages PC was built incorrectly
Initially, the PC was delivered with the wrong graphics card installed. Then the promised HDMI to DVI adaptor to correct the error wasn't sent. Finally a replacement card with two DVI connectors (which is what was originally ordered) was offered by Tech Support but not shipped as agreed. What could have been an excellent experience was marred by manufacturing substituting build components without first asking me and poor follow-up by Tech Support in not sending the components to resolve the issue. The result was having to repeatedly dis-assemble and re-assemble the PC in anticipation of couriers who never came.
The process of specing and ordering the PC was excellent; as was the way they sent emails keeping me up to date on the progress of the unit. But it would have been better to get it right the first time or at least have timely follow-up by Tech Support on promises they made.
