I purchased a new PC from PC Specialist on 3/5/12 and was told it would be around 12-14 working days to be built and It was dispatched on the 23/5/12.
I changed my order once from a amd radeon 7950 to a Nvidia Gtx 670 which didnt cause any issue with the order or time of building.In part from the top fan in my NZXT Phantom case not being connected to the fan controller i was quite happy with my purchase and PCS communication during the 14 work day wait.
When it arrived on 24/5/12 it came in a nice and safe packaging for the PC so it didnt get damage at all then i opened up the box and there was a welcome which came with all the discs from your motherboard and graphics card also came with the windows 7 disc and key number for registration. When i opened the pc case the only thing i had to do was to connect the 2 side fans which was really simple to do.Overall from my experience with this order so far i would recommend this company to my friends and family.
