Advantages: Powerful, Good Looking, Large Memory and Space
Disadvantages: Heavy, Sold as it is with poor starting performance, a bunch of crap software installed.

a lower cost way into high end gaming (for now)

Advantages: cheaper than some high machines with 8800GTX cards
Disadvantages: not really upgradeable
