I also upgraded the video card for around £100, but then you've got a good processor, high enough RAM to run Windows Vista and good games and also a good graphics card to be able to play games at higher resolutions, but still the computer and the upgrades is a lot less ...
...good brand and have been getting better over the years and they do built inexpensive, but good quality machines. My Aspire T120e did me very good for a number of years and is still going strong with someone else. The only bad point is the rubbish speakers (although nicely powered by USB so no need for an extra power socket) mine never worked out of the box, but I wouldn't use them anyway cos they don't have much power. Disadvantages: Not as high spec as other pc's

This pc lacks the nessery power to keep up with today big software and games with only 256 MB ram you would have to upgrade this at the earliest time possable, however cos of its low price it has some opitions, if your new to the computing world this is a good start point, the low cos at around £300 means you can spend a bit of money on new upgrades. Bought this computer around 2 months ago now. ( Aug 05) It couldnt be easier using this pc. Easy to use. Not bulky. Like having mic and earphones jacks at the front of tower . No more reaching behind to plug in the multi media headphones for skype and messenger. Ear phone sockets on speakers very useful to.
