I brought this from comet just before christmas 06. Advantages: Cheap, Powerful Budget Computer
Disadvantages: Hard Drive can be a bit noisy

Acer have made it very easy to overclock the CPU and RAM speeds via the BIOS, and my computer easily handles an increase from the 200Mhz sidebus up to 225Mhz, which brought the CPU speed up to 2.0Ghz without any increase in temperature or instability. I was absolutely blown away by this little computer! My partner, who is a graphic designer, bought this to replace the PC we had and as soon as I got on it I was away! It is so user friendly and easy to navigate. I have learned so much through just using and I don't get irritated by it because it hardly ever crashes. When it does 'crash' or 'freeze up' it's very easy to rectify as you just click 'force quit' and it solves the problem! Brilliant! ...

Advantages: Monitor, Business, Keyboard, Look.
Disadvantages: Slow, Heavy, Space taker.

Well the Dell Dimension 2400 I could say is pretty good for business purposes. Dell does let you customize it but its more of a business system. Its not really all that fast, it has two ram slots no agp slot. Which means no video card, which means no high quality good games. How ever I recommend this system for typing, at home jobs, and for searching purposes. Pretty good size monitor but thats about it. Works with windows xp and lower O.S. Read review
