...exclusivity... the fact that only Apple make them (as I'm aware). P.S. I've never had to deal with customer support directly from Apple so dont know hoe good it is.. they're website is very good though with loads of info on their products, for current users and for customer support (upgrades, patches, faq's etc) ... I personally have all ppc g4's in my house and the 775 MHz is so faster its like 1.25Ghz. Also these macs never loose any of there value and you can resell the mac if you wish not to keep it in the future. The macs design is unlike any other PC on the market i have seen. Advantages: Excellent quality, virtually crash proof when running under 0SX
Disadvantages: Less processing power than later models.

I have used this model since it was first introduced (back in the late 90's I think). I have upgraded the system software several times and now run OSX 2.8. With OSX it is almost crash proof. Multi tasking is a breeze! You can run several applications at the same time and if one freezes it can be shut down without effecting any of the other programmes. Should you wish to add memory or an internal drive you only need to press a button and the whole side opens as a drop down door to a very well layed out interior which is easy to work on.
