Advantages: Looks fantastic and is very quiet
Disadvantages: speakers supplied aren't great

We purchased our Sony Vaio PCV- RX203 about 2 and a half years ago, but purchased a top of the range one. As a result it had much the same spec as the ones on sale now, eg, DVD-RW, 512MB RAM, 120GB hard disk, pentium 4 2GHz, and we paid about £1200 for it. Excellent, I've owned my sony vaio rs144 for 7 years and its an amazing machine still. my experiences have been excellent all through, the standard speakers were satisfactory when i first aquired the pc but over time they broke through use and as i got older i wanted better speakers anyway, the graphics card is a little old but can play far cry and half life games really well. i now have more ram the installed ram from purchase is 256mb but i now ...

My father bought this computer as a family computer. Since buying it we have run into a few problems with it. The screen developed a frozen pixle. (a pixle that only appears in one colour). ...can see a small flap at the bottom of the tower, when this is folded down there are lots and lots of different card slots, very useful when your family has 3 or four digital cameras. This is a great computer although with your money you are paying a lot for the fact its Sony.
