THINK REALLY
Review of Lenovo ThinkCentre A55 9265 - Pentium D 915 2.8 GHz by
packerlist
Advantages: very good processor with unique vast features.
Disadvantages: the flat screen looks too fragile.
...Well the lenovo think center computer has proved to be a bit different. Some features actually made me to purchase the product and are features like the administrator password, power on password, booting without mouse and key board, hard drive I/O control, usb control, serial port I/O control, boss Sequence control and diskette I/O control. These are the features that really made me to splash at about £250.60 on it.
The lenovo thinkcentre A55 9265 ... ...protocol.
I like the lenovo PC when it comes to sound production, graphic production and game functions. I normally play games on it although I still prefer playing most of my games in consoles. Not only that, the game graphic production it produces is fantastic with sound because of the advanced graphic and sound card present.
In terms of selling places, I bought mine at PC world. In terms of price, I bought at the price of £250.60 with postage ...

Great little Pc
Review of Acer Veriton M460 - Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2 GHz by
mop591
Advantages: High speeds
Disadvantages: Very bad graphics, not a gaming pc
This is a great pc for business. Its 2.2Ghx dual core cpu (4.4Ghx total speed) with a 2mb Cache combined with the 1GB of RAM provides a very fast, reliable machine able to cope with many demanding programs running at one time. It also comes with microsoft office 2007 and windows xp software included and with a 160GB hard drive to store all your data.
Despite its power to cope with many programs it is very poor if you are looking for a gaming pc, ...

Acer has aced on this one!
Review of Acer Aspire L5100 - Athlon 64 X2 4200+ 2.2 GHz - 19" TFT by
RoryGriffiths
Advantages: Everything you could want, particularly amazing multimedia handling.
Disadvantages: Gamers beware
The Acer Aspire L5100 is an economical, yet complete package for the everyday home computer user.
Behind it's small, ultra-compact chassis lies a powerhouse in entertainment; the latest spec for modern home theatre, AMD LIVE!, boasts exceptional and smooth management of your multimedia, the main atrraction for me of this Acer product.
It exudes elegance and chicness in an understated manner; it measures 25cm by 20cm by 6cm and looks fantastic. ... ...Gold Edition, Adobe Reader 7.0, Acer Empowering Technology, Microsoft Works 8.5, Norton Internet Security 2007 (90 days subscription), Acer Arcade Live, Microsoft Office 2007 (60 days trial).
If you are not necessarily a gaming addict (top end games could be problematic as the graphics card is not supported by nvidia), but enjoy watching movies and listening to music, as well as using your computer for work, then you get all this through the exceptionally ...

Excellent machine
Review of HP Compaq Business Desktop dc5750 - Athlon 64 X2 4200+ 2.2 GHz by
bllward
Advantages: Good value for money, Strong specs
Disadvantages: Vista
...word I can use for HP is trust. I never have serious issues with HP servers or workstations.
This workstation is very solid looking, if a bit bland. It has a good quality feel and seems bullet-proof!
It has an incredibly powerful processor and a decent amount of Ram, which is what makes all the difference when doing work. Dare I say it, but put a decent graphics card in an you would have a decent gaming machine!
This is a business workstation, ... ...is perhaps unfair to criticise HP for a Microsoft product, but is part of the purchase price. I have found that it tends to crash and slow down at the most ridiculous times, and it gets incredibly irritating.
Rather than staying away from it altogether though, just wait for the next service pack.
Interestingly, the machine scores 3.2 in the Windows Vista performance test, which is a pretty good score for a workstation.
Very good value for money, ...

DC7700 - Cheap and Cheerful
Review of HP Compaq Business Desktop dc7700 - Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13 GHz by
Scarraban
Advantages: Plenty of USBs, runs basic applications.
Disadvantages: Lacks the power for today's games.
...files.
When looking at HP customer service, compared to other manufacturers, they are quite reliable. Most drivers are easy to locate, and any other issues are usually quickly resolved by a simple phone call.
In conclusion, this PC is perfect for a man who likes to get his work done, but if graphics and gaming are what you are looking for, pushing the boat out and buying a better PC would be advisable. ...
