...not difficult to sort out, apple store sorted it out within 30 secounds of me speaking to their staff. Great all round experience. I have upgraded the ram to 4Gb, I found loads of better deals than the upgrade offered by apple (its a bit extortionate when you see how much cheaper the same memory can be obtained elsewhere). The system itself is lightning fast, comes with iLife which will cover most of your needs, I also bought iWork for an extra £55 which is kind of like office but looks much better and still does what most users will need.
