this machine is a reliable and fast, in the year i have had it it has only crashed a few times, and that was mainly because i tried to run far too many programs at once. however, while some people may like the plain black design, i find it rather bland and lifeless, also the lack of DVD writer drive limits the usefulness of the tower, and the UBS ports are hard to access. However for all it's advantages it does have the odd gripe, there's only a small hard drive (like the evo), so don't expect to be able to store an infinite amount of music and videos.
