Fujitsu Siemens ESPRIMO Edition P2511
Review of Fujitsu Siemens ESPRIMO Edition P2511 - Core 2 Duo E4300 1.8 GHz by gdogga

Advantages: good look, relatively cheap, dvd burner, 160gb hdd
Disadvantages: not enough RAM, processor isnt that good

I have this computer at home. its a great piece of machinery, although its a tad slow and i had the RAM double to now leave me with 2gb, i find that this processor, compared to that of the one in my office is slow. but for the price, this personal desktop computer is a bargain, it has great features, including a dvd burner, and a relatively large hard drive. the overall look of the computer is amazing, it looks like its worth a lot more money. building ... The Optiplex, small but still reliable.
Review of Dell OptiPlex GX270 SFF Chassis by ishralene09

Advantages: Small, SATA compatibility, Affordable
Disadvantages: Not much option for upgrades and expansions

...custom computer. Good thing the Dell has a SATA port. And then it's portable. When we're about to present our thesis, we had no problems with carrying it, it's like carrying a bulkier laptop. And it really delivers. For your basic needs, you can rely on the Dell Optiplex GX270 SFF. It will deliver. ... Read review

apple mac
Review of Apple iMac Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz - 24" TFT by coneill3

Advantages: speed ,power,Design
Disadvantages: value for money

...were released. As soon as Apple released the updated Mac Pro in January, I picked one up. After using the iMac for so long, the Mac Pro was like a breath of fresh air. This machine is crazy fast. I loaded 10 GB of RAM into it and can pretty much have all my design apps open (mainly CS3) as well as run Parallels at the same time. I could never do this with the iMac. Overall, I'd recommend the Mac Pro to design professionals looking to run lots of ...
...You'll have to deal with the strange rebooting problem I mentioned above but I don't think it's a deal breaker. I've gotten around this by either shutting my machine down when I'm gone for long periods of time or setting the sleep cycle to never. It's not a great solution (I can't save electricity this way) but I think it's worth it for the power of this machine. ... Read review

iMac beats PC for photo and video.
Review of Apple iMac Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz - 24" TFT by Segedunum

Advantages: Brilliant screen, fast, runs Windows too
Disadvantages: Virtually none, but not good for DIY upgrades.

Introduction I was walking through some wood on the Scottish Borders one day when we came across a cottage where we saw a Cavalier King Charles sitting on a chair in the sun, and a gentleman working on a computer. We got chatting about the dog (as we also have a Cavalier) and the conversation inevitable turn the his computer which happened to be an iMac 2.4GHz, 24" Core 2 Duo model being used for photography and graphics. The gentleman showed me ...
...me that I should give up my Windows PC and to switch to MAC for my main uses of photo and video. If I was really stuck, I was told that Mac could run any Windows programmes I needed on it. My main intention was to leave the Windows PC for day to day use, and use the MAC PC for hobbies only - more of that later. However, a few weeks later, after looking at reviews and seeing the machine again, I took the plunge and bought the iMac - a decision I ... Read review
