acer aspire M1640 WHY BOTHER?

Advantages: Small, Neat and Quite.
Disadvantages: Not ideal for mutli tasking

Brought this product July 2009, Although I've had no technical problems, with this machine.In my opinion Its overall performance is very poor, it takes ages to load pages, from the internet,also if you want to run more than a couple of applications at the same time,and before you say it, we have no problems,on the internet issue with our laptops.On a normal evening we have 2 laptops, and either the Wii or the Xbox360 running, on the internet. IMAC - NEVER TURN BACK

Advantages: compact, great for close work
Disadvantages: limited games

I have been using this Mac for over a year now and it is a fantastic piece of equipment. Initially, coming from using a PC, I found that some of the buttons seemed to be on the left hand side instead of the right, this just took a bit of getting used to! Great machine. Quickly deilvered. Very quiet and very powerful.

Advantages: Very quick, whisper quiet, sleek compact design
Disadvantages: Can't have a 3rd HDD

As a professional photographer I use this to do all my imaging needs. From the point of order through to delivery I cannot fault Dell. Decent upgrade options when configuring and using my 5% disount made a difference. I upgraded the processor, the RAM and soundcard which I'm so glad I did.
