...you need to ring up Packard Bell and ask for the "master cd's" they will send you some cd's but the call charge is 75p* a min. That is on a BT standard line. The computer has a sound card built in and some speakers right across the front of the monitor. It is not very easy to open up and it is very very hard to get an exact motherboard. i have used my packard bell iconnect pc since 1999 i now also have a iconnect 2800i which i have networked together with the other one. both my pcs have never given me any trouble the reboot system is fast and reliable and parts are easy to replace i have owned other pcs and they have lasted no more than two or three years.
