...the point, i found the Dell website, and i was saved. It's best feature was that you could input exactly what specifications you wanted, and the price would be updated instantly on your screen. In my case I wanted next day on-site cover for 3 years instead of the one, and that only cost an extra £75 which isn't too much to ask for peace of mind.
