excellent tablet sweetener, reasonable powder Advantages: no calories,fairly good on cereal excellent in drinks Disadvantages: spoonful not as good as tablets, price ...to use as many! The canderel powder though is not as useful for drinks as it has a horrible habit of fizzing to the top so all you get is a mouthful of sweetner!
