excellent tablet sweetener, reasonable powder Advantages: no calories,fairly good on cereal excellent in drinks Disadvantages: spoonful not as good as tablets, price ...to use as many! The canderel powder though is not as useful for drinks as it has a horrible habit of fizzing to the top so all you get is a mouthful of sweetner! I have, however, cooked with it in fruit pies and fruit stews with great success. You can tell it's not sugar in the ood , but it is not overtly chemically.I have not tried baking with it yet. CAMBRIDGE DIET WORKING FOR ME!!!! Advantages: lose weight quick and plenty of flavours to choose from, Disadvantages: cant think of any !!!
