CAMBRIDGE DIET WORKING FOR ME!!!! Advantages: lose weight quick and plenty of flavours to choose from, Disadvantages: cant think of any !!! I have been on the cambridge diet now for 5 weeks now. i started off at 15st 9lb and today i weigh 13st 9lb so i have lost 2 stone in 5 weeks. and i feel great, i am on the soul source plus which means i have around 610 cals per day but i have a sachet of porridge for my breakfast, then a sachet of soup for my dinner then i have 200cal meal which has to be a veg /lettuice /cucumber /raddish /tuna/ white fish/ quorn/ tofu/ cottage cheese. basicaly ... ...have my last sachet at supper which is a selection of shakes to chose from, and inbetween all my meals i drink lots of water. so when its put like this its not that bad (is it???) i never feal hungry, but i do miss my best foods but i would rather do this diet as it only cost my 37.80 per week and before i started doing this diet i was spending 100 or more a week on shopping, takeaways, wine,chocolate, you name it!! try it, you have nothing to lose ... sez666 20.09.2009 · Read full review Ciao members have rated this review on average: somewhat helpful Review of Cambridge Diet Drinks/Soups	Taste Effectiveness Price level
Do not waste your money! Advantages: none Disadvantages: this does not work! ...I decided on Lipobind as I had seen the TV adverts and then found it on amazon and thought that since when I bought it, it only cost £10 that wasn't too much to lose if it didn't work. Now the basic idea behind the tablets are that you take them after you have eaten and they bind the fat which then gets poo'd out- NICE! Admittedly a little scary sounding as I didn't want to poo myself but I figured what the heck.
