Background:
I have had problems for the past two years in my second bedroom with mould on one of the walls. It looks horrible and smells horrible to. I had tried several household cleaners to eradicate it but with poor results, so when I saw this product I thought it was certainly worth a try especially as it had mysteriously spread to my bathroom tiles too and they now looked horrible.

Ingredients:
Less than 5% non-ionic surfactant, Disinfectant, (Sodium Hypochlorite 2.5% w/w 25.9 g/l, Perfume and Limonene. For advice on ingredients go to: www.rbeuroinfo.com
On what to use the product:
This product can be used on the following: White grouting, glazed ceramic tiles, stainless steel, chrome, formico & plastics, walls and acrylic bath tub and shower.
How to use:
I must admit I followed the instructions here, as I didn’t want to waste my time and it not to work!! Ok I didn’t wear gloves like it told me too!! After turning the nozzle onto the on position, I sprayed liberally the effected area of my wall. I then left it for about 5 minutes and then wiped it away with a cloth.
Smell:
This is certainly a draw back with this product the horrible bleach smell. I found when I administered it I had to open all the doors and windows, as the smell was unpleasant and keep making me want to sneeze and my eyes watered. This smell remained for several hours even after the application had been successfully completed only slowly disappearing.
The results:
I was very impressed with the way it did exactly what is said on the label; the mould and mildew just came of with the application of the cloth. There was no need to scrub it just came of without any hardly any pressure from me.
I then tried it in my bathroom and found it was equally effective on the mildew around some of my tiles in there. I probably got a little carried away as the bottle didn’t in truth last long, but my bathroom looked great and I was very satisfied with the lovely clean tiles.
My opinion:
I was very impressed with this product and subject to where you can use it it is excellent at getting rid of both mould and mildew, with the minimum of effort on my part the horrible mould just wiped away.
I have tried cheaper supermarket own products to resolve my problems with this but with poor results. Certainly in this instance the more expensive branded product is better value, as the results are so much better.
My only concern would be the smell, I found that unpleasant and I needed to get more air in the house following spraying as it was quite over powering.

---Conclusion:---
This is well worth the money and a fantastic product for getting rid of both Mould and Mildew especially in the Bathroom, just watch out for the smell!! It is very easy to administer and the results are second to none.

...up with the still popular Dettol antiseptic disinfectant. The product was trialled for a 2-year period at the Queen Charlottes maternity hospital in London. After the trial it was recorded that the disinfectant cut deaths from childbirth fever by 50%. This was the start of a long and established relationship between dettol and the medical profession and very soon after that was just as popular in homes up and down the country. PACKAGING

...from the shelf above. Dettol Anti-Bacterial Mould and Mildew Remover - Kills Bacteria - No Need to Scrub. Well at a price of only £1.97 and a name I felt I could trust I thought I would give it a try. I had nothing to lose except the mould on my grout.

Keeping the bottle upright and holding approximately 20-25cm away from the surface I sprayed quite generously across the tiles around the shower area where the black marks and mould on the grout were worst. My first impression was how strong the smell of bleach ...

Advantages: No scrubbing involved and it really works! Disadvantages: None
...Cillit bang in my opinion! Dettol Mould and Mildew remover is one of these products that really does work. I first bought this a couple of years back when after spending ages scrubbing small mould marks from my bathroom using various products, I came across this on the supermarket shelves, and bought a bottle. I was so impressed, I have continued to buy it ever since. The price varies as it is sometimes on offer, but I have just paid £2.79 in Morrisons ... ...front of the bottle. Dettol Mould & Mildew Remover comes in a plastic bottle and operates by a spray trigger, which is handy. What I like most about this product, apart from the fact it actually does remove mould and mildew, is that there is no need to scrub - simply spray it on and leave it a while before rinsing it off. As soon as I spray this onto mould or mildew, even in awkward corners, or on the grout between the tiles in my bathroom or the ...

Advantages: does what it says on the tin Disadvantages: smell is overpowering
As our bathroom often suffers from a bit of mould and mildew, I bought this to see if it would help to solve the problem. It comes in the a bright green spray bottle with a white and red spray lid. I have to say that I am impressed with this product. For a 750ml bottle, it costs £2.57, this price being off Tesco’s website.

As long as it doesn’t damage the area, then you can spray it on the whole affected area. On the label, it advises that you leave it there for 3 to five minutes (5 minutes ...

Advantages: Saves you so much time and effort Disadvantages: Smells horrible and contains very strong bleach so care is needed
we can't really justify fitting a new bath right now, we've wedged wood underneath it in a vain attempt to keep it as still as possible and I try to keep up with a cleaning and scrubbing mission on a very regular basis, which has become somewhat tedious to say the very least. I thought I had tried literally every product out there - and there are a lot - but nothing seemed to work. Just as I was about to resign myself to accepting the fact that we're just naturally minging and black, mouldy grout and pink sludge was normal, I happened upon this delightful little green bottle.
