Disadvantages: Expensive, very large and clumsy, where not up to the task in my case.

online at screwfix for under fifty pounds although i reckon this is still alot of money to be paying when the build quality is not up to scratch ( strange from a company with dewalts reputation) I did try a price check but struggled to find these particular boots, although my local builders merchants sells these for 45 pounds. Bottom line is, i was very disappointed. owning lots of dewalt tools i was expecting the same kind of quality but these boots sadly didnt live up to the name and left me feeling i could have bought a pair half the price and probably got twice as long in usage. ...

Review of Dewalt Impact Light Weight Work Boot

Good quality Dewalt Site Jacket ideal for use on the jobsite.

Advantages: Waterproof, Doesn't Tear..
Disadvantages: Expensive

I needed a new jacket to wear to work. As a carpenter who works on a jobsite indoors and outdoors I needed a tough wearing and waterproof jacket. So when I was in my local toolstore I was persuaded by a Dewalt salesman that their jackets were the best and i went a head and bought one. It is very comfortable and feels good when wearing. Movement is not restricted at all. It has proved to be a very good buy. I have been wearing it for six months now and it hasn't torn or scagged even though I am in a work site enviroment with nails and sharp objects around. Sometimes I work outside and it keeps me dry even in a downpour because of the goretex material. Overall I would recommend this jacket to any site worker or tradesman. ...

Zip these trousers legs off and change them into shorts.

Advantages: saves taking shorts and trousers .
Disadvantages: Zip can be uncomfortable

Zip off trousers are ideal for traveling for holidays or that walk in the mountains. These trousers are designed so that you can zip the legs of to turn long trousers into shorts. I take these on holiday it means I actually take less clothing as I do not need to take trousers and a pair of shorts, just these zip offs. I have started the day walking wearing these trousers as long trousers and by the time it gets to mid day have zipped the legs of so I can wear them as shorts. The legs I then roll up and put in my rucksack.. These trousers also save me the possible embaressment of being seen changing from trousers into spare shorts, not many trees to hide behind when changing on the moors and highlands .
