I want to share my experience of shopping online with Diamond rocks because of their relentless ability to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase, even though I might not consider ordering from them again I though the events that took place were pleasing to know that someone still cared about serving their customers from the beginning of the transaction til the end.
I placed an order before Christmas for a pair of diamond earrings I wanted to gift to my daughter-in-law because it was going to be our first holiday exchanging gifts. The first problem I had was when I placed my order, which was in November none the less, I was told that the diamond earrings would arrive way before the holiday. Two days before Christmas that Friday still no diamond earrings…I was so mad I could scream. The day after Christmas was when I got them, which they are beautiful, but just didn’t arrive on time.
