Last year at the age of 24 having always had brilliant skin, out of nowhere - I got acne. I was a little stressed from happenings in my personal life and was smoking more than I had done in a while... but other than that my healthy diet and regular exercise had been maintained. It really was a complete mystery to me! My skin had become very dry and I had a fine (almost rash like in appearance) spread of small red spots across my forehead. I had regular large painful angry spots on my cheeks and chin and around my temples that seemed to pop up in 2's and 3's the minute others had gone down. I tried EVERYTHING a change in diet, cut out smoking, tried a million face washes and creams etc... NOTHING seemed to work for me. Then I heard about Dianette. I was not on the pill at the time as it had been the contraceptive pill Yasmin that had caused my first outbreak! I started taking dianette and within weeks my skin seriously improved... I have been taking Dianette for a year now and I have my beautiful soft skin back - with no traces of my spotty past! I feel so much better and my confidence has excelled. I am aware that it may not work for everyone - but I highly recommend that you give it a try if you suffer from similar, troublesome skin! With a regard to side effects I can not say that I have had many - My breasts have of course increased a cup size (not such a bad thing...) and I have perhaps had to work that bit harder in the gym - but that really is all! So chuffed and relieved with my discovery of Dianette. A confidence saver!
its great to see a good review on dianette. I have read all of them and was wondering am I on a placebo because none of the side effects happened (apart from the boob expansion) I am only as tender as I would normally be and I haven't put on an ounce! In fairness, I am only fininshing the 1st pack but haven't got 1 bad thing to say and I think more women who are happy should write reviews as it looks so bad at the moment with all the problems....

Welcome to ciao! I know what you mean about Dianette. I used it for some time too as contraception, and to improve my skin.
