    Having suffered with two other models which did not have ergonomic shoulder straps, and no waist strap to take some of the weight (meaning you lean forward into an even worse position!), trying this model was a delight. The product feels comfortable with weight in it - do you test backpacks this way in the shops ?! Also other models don't really make much of an effort to make the back comfortable - this one really has designed padding with airways, so you don't end up with a sweaty back after 30 mins walking. Even though laptops are getting lighter, with all the accessories these two features ... more
