Diet Flora

Yes it's another diet opinion, sorry guys but you will just have to put up with me for the next few weeks, leave now if you want to stay porky! Most people already associate Flora with dieting, they have actually five different types for sale, the original Flora, Flora light (which isn't particularly light at all), Flora Pro-Active, Flora low salt and this 'newish' Diet version. As you may know if you’ve seen comments made by me recently I have been diagnosed as being a diabetic. This is partly to do with my age (I’m 47) and partly to do with family history (my mom is a diabetic) but mainly it is to do with my weight. I currently weigh in at 13st 5lb and I’m 5’ 7” tall so I really need to loose at least two stones. The doctor thinks that, if I do manage to loose some weight, the diabetes can be controlled by diet alone. Well, I've finally gone on a diet, Weight Watchers to be exact, and I'm now scouring the supermarket shelves with my trusty points calculator, working out the points of practically every product to find the best way to spend my limited points. Today I was in Waitrose and noticed amongst the margarines a product called Diet Flora which I've never seen before. I don't know whether this is a new product or I've just not noticed it before because I was too busy looking at the full fat butters.
