Dig Dug: Digging Strike (NDS)

...spectrobes , i heard that it was meant to be the next thing like pokemon.. they have also released trading cards which you can upload easily through your touch screen on you Nintendo ds. the game graphics are really good and they don't disintegrate when you move around if you know what i mean. the game itself is ok.. the idea's are there but its a bit to repetitive for my liking you first leave the 'space ship' you have to walk around for a while collecting fossils which you have to dig out of the ground and excavate them out of thier 'rocks'. the sound really does my head in to speak the truth it carries on throughout the whole of the entire game. well recommend to have an headache.... Advantages: Outstanding gameplay

...Okay so this now an old game and the SNES has long been buried, but if you still have one dig it out of the loft just for this and Super Mario Kart. This is definitely, I still believe, the best game of its sort ever made. Yes you can improve the graphics or the sound but you still need a good game. This is the one. In parts easy but always challenging a game of patience but also speed. This has it all. The different levels have different challenges and the hidden secrets of the game make it re-playable. I have just dug this out and it has made me miss much of my uni work it is that addictive. The only problem is I am stuck on finding the 96th exit as I have 95 completed levels. Advantages: Loads of things to do, Lots of Multiplayer Features, Wi-Fi
Disadvantages: You cant possibly catch them all,

...to your flag but not useful when you want your base to look good. Your flag is your bases prize possession, sat next to your computer (how you got a computer underground and got electricity to under the ground I'll never know) your flag can be captured by other people and taken back to their base where it will be recorded on their computer. When you have enough flag captures your flag receives an upgrade and some of the annoying rocks can be deleted and when you reach the highest flag you also gain a star on your trainer case. Fossils are the main reason for coming underground though and while you are digging for treasure with either your Pickaxe or your Hammer, sometimes you will come across one. Once it has been dug up then it can be taken to one of the cities and resurrected so you get a free pokemon without having to battle it. So... Read review
