Advantages: Glycerin suppositories are very effective for constipation.
Disadvantages: There may or may not be some stomach cramping and/or anul leakage.

Rennie Spearmint Tablets. Yummy and effective.

Advantages: Good taste, works, cheap.
Disadvantages: chalky,crumbly.

Rennie tablets The Rennie brand is seemingly one of the most recognisible in it's category. They are taken for indigestion and heartburn but are also supposed to relieve wind problems and problems with digestion in pregnancy.
