I keep seeing adverts telling me that the digital switch over is coming and that although I can get it just fine on my main TV the other sets in the house will need set top box to receive digital. In truth it isn't really a problem where I live as we have ages yet before we switch over but, always wanting to be ahead of the game and loving a bargain, I spotted the DigilogicDSTB1500 set top box in Tesco the other day at just £24.95 and thought it was worth a try.

With the analogue television signal being gradually switched off all over the country in the next few years and me not having satellite i decided to get online and see what the best way of getting a digital tv signal.
All what i read said that the cheapest and most effective way of this is to get a freevirw box. Now being a student i was keen to get a cheap box, that enabled me to watch tv through a digital signal or aeriel.
I read on ciao about the digilogic freeview box and decided to buy one and see for myself, so here is my review.

My Experience and Opinion
I own this laptop for the past 4 years and its really good. Basically i use this laptop for programming, 3D modeling and Watching movies and this one performs very well.
The ACER's CrystalBrite Technology makes movies really pleasurable for the eyes when viewed at bigger 15.4 inch Widescreen.
The battery backup time on the average is 2 hours and 15 minutes which is really a very good battery backup time. Also 5400 rpm HDD (60GB) performs very good ...
