The SLR Camera of the FUTURE!!!
Review of Canon EOS 40D by
Mr.Freeman
Advantages: Everything, it's perfection in its most perfect form.
Disadvantages: If you drop, you pay the price!
...miracle in SLR technology. The Canon EOS focuses back to the 'old school' photographers world and can help even an amateur into a new dimension of imagery.
Memory storage is not a problem with a fully accessible and easy to use flash space. Weighing less than a kg, the camera can be carried with minimal effort to any location (be it jungle to skyscraper).
A fully adjustable shutter speed can help you capture those city lights to moving people. ...

Wonderful Nikon D80
Review of Nikon D80 by
wilkinsgraham
Advantages: Takes most Nikon lenses, good controls, great picture quality.
Disadvantages: None really
...little biased. Ownership of several Nikon lenses decided the choice, and I wasn't disappointed.
It's easy to use or can be customised to suit exactly what you want.
Great results, and the built in flash isn't bad either.
Does everything that I need and a whole lot more besides.
If you've ever owned one of the AF film Nikons, most of the controls should be fairly instinctive.
I added the 17 - 80 AFS lens, which I use most of the time. The standard ...

40d is it worth the upgrade?
Review of Canon EOS 40D by
jake169
Advantages: 3" screen, live view!!!, intergrated sensor cleaning
Disadvantages: low lcd resolution
Probably the best digital slr for the experienced user on the market. The only two things that are seperated from this camera from the 5D and 1 series cameras is a full frame sensor as well as more megapixels. The last camera made previous to this was the 30D. Lots of changes have been changed since that including a higher mega pixel count, a 3inch LCD screen, intergrated sensor cleaning, custom shooting modes and the most significant upgrade is ... ...with its new live view sensor.
With all the new technology in the camera, you would expect it to be challenging to use. However a new style menu system as well as the camera settings being constantly shown at the bottom of the view finder as well as the lcd panel, makes it a very easy camera to use. Wether your just an amateur Photographer experimenting with the basic zones or an experienced user experimenting withe the creative zones. This camera ...

Fujifilm FinePix Z100fd AMAZING!
Review of Fujifilm FinePix Z100FD by
Gemma1990
Advantages: Stunning photos, looks gorgeous, easy to use
Disadvantages: none :)
I got this camera a few months ago, and i absolutely love it!
Not only does it look amazing, but the quality of the pictures are stunning too.
The screen on the back is a really good size so you can see clearly what your pics are like.
The menu for choosing settings is easy to navigate, but there are so many different settings it takes a while to figure out which one you need!
This has to be my favourite camera I've ever had, it's small so it ...

Great camera for price!
Review of Medion MD 85060 by
Normankool
Advantages: Uber-Cool picture quality and focus skills
Disadvantages: Large file sizes
Amazing camera for price! Was bought for less than a hundred pounds but hugely outweighs the capabilities of my £400 camera! The way that it focuses so well each and every time is what I love about it. It produces large, crystal clear images and great videos with nice sound. Only downside is it uses Lithium rechargeable batteries but thats not really bad. Just means you have to remove battery to charge. The battery is the same used for a popular ... ...buy. With great pictures comes large file sizes so I would suggest getting atleast a 2gb SD card for it (which are very cheap to buy anyway- in some cases less than a tenna!) which will provide room for about 720 High-Quality pics. Overall, this is a great camera. If you are looking for anything less than a Profesional DSLR camera, this cannot in my opinion be beaten. I would not buy this as a "chuck about" camera as it has a large, vulnerable LCD ...
