I purchased this camera based purely on its spec and only one review I could find on the net and thankfully I was very pleased with it when it arrived. It is lovely and small but has a great 2.4" colour screen which is nice and big for framing up those all important shots. The navigation is also pretty well set out but a good read of the manual is always helpful. The camera has 8 megapixels but the option to take photos at a lower resolution and therefore save on memory space. ...used to have a different Fujifilm camera which I lost, and this was the replacement. It's better in almost every way, but there is one feature missing that was on my original camera, and that's the Fireworks mode. I got some stunning grabs of fireworks with my old camera and it's sadly missing from this one. I can't for the life of me figure out how to turn off the array of plinky plonk sounds, so every time I touch it, I'm treated to an array of beeps and whistles.
