Hard to beat this camera.
Review of HP PhotoSmart R707 by
Geoffviolin
Advantages: Easy to use by anyone.
Disadvantages: Cost. Hard to get a cheap second-hand because they are in demand
I bought this R707 for use in the school where I teach. It was intended to be used to take photos of the kids during science practicals so that they (the photos) could be put up on display. I found the camera to be very easy to use. It can do lots of clever tricks but these don't get in the way of taking quick photos which can be deleted/edited easily. What surprised was the quality of images it can produce. They are extremely sharp. I print them ... ...professional standard. When I have lent out the camera to other teachers they report how easy it is to use. They don't need to read the instructions, just point and take. There seem to be no drawbacks. I have been trying to get a second-hand model for my own out-of-school use but the costs seem to be relatively high. I assume that word has spread, causing prices to rise. ...

Advantages: Easy to use, good quality, light weight
Disadvantages: Can be slow
What can I say about this camera apart from great. I have been umming and arring about getting this nifty looking camera until I saw it in a shop on offer, so I jumped at the chance.
When you open the box you are greeted to this trendy looking silver camera with is slim and lightweight.
This camera is 6.2 mp with 3 optical zoom which has a 2.5" (6.4cm) good quality screen. You dont get a memory card with this camera but it does have 36 MB of internal ... ...buy a memory cards which start at about £10 - make sure they are SD cards ive just bought a 512MB SD fcard or £9.99 and this has now upped my total photos to 367. The software for your computer is very simple to install.
Once you have taken your pictures there are different facilities to view them by pressing a simple button - you can either see them one at a time with you manually scrolling through them or you can opt to see them by slide show. ...

Not long time ago I came with the idea of making my self a new photo album and I wanted to buy I photo camera to do so, but my husband reminded me I already have one. Mega Pixel Mini Price
Review of HP PhotoSmart M525 by
DannyBoy108
Advantages: Small and handy to be taken nearly anywhere also the price is great.
Disadvantages: 16MB on-board RAM is not enough you have to purchase a larger SD Flash card.
...the chance of breakage. The HP Photosmart M525 has a built in flash that is situated just above the lens, even though it is small it supplies ample light for the photograph you are taking.
This camera has two capture buttons on the top of it, the shutter button; the one that is the largest, is for taking still pictures but quite handily behind that button is a video button that records small videos with sound, very handy for recording important ... ...supplied. You connect the HP Photosmart M525 to your computer with the supplied USB cable or you can if you have a card reader just take out the card and insert it into your card reader. It takes a SD Flash media card, I think one of the reasons this was so cheap is because it is not supplied with a SD flash card though it does have 16mb onboard RAM but this is nowhere near enough for quality pictures. Underneath you also have a threaded section ...

HP PhotoSmart M425
Review of HP PhotoSmart M425 by
undermyskin
Advantages: Takes great photos
Disadvantages: Batteries
...do need to use the HP photo paper, and that can be anything from £7.99, depending on the quality you buy. For the most part I went with a cheaper option, you can get some very good printer paper from pound shops, etc and the quality is just as good.
Hardware:
The camera itself is small, and very easy to carry around. It comes with a strap so you can wrap it around your wrist when you're walking around. The camera comes with 2 AA rechargeable batteries, ... ...The camera also comes with HP software to supposedly help you edit your photos further, however after loading it onto my computer I didn't really find that it was much use for me, also it didn't really agree with my system (I'm running Windows Vista so that could be the problem). I promptly removed the software, as I have a different editing software which I prefer (Paint Shop Pro), plus all the editing I need to do with my photos is available on ...
