Advantages: small compact light, great results Disadvantages: none
This camera is well worth the money if you are looking for an effective but simplistic piece of kit!
The DSC-W150 can easily fit into the your pocket so you dont have to worry about storage issues!
The camera itself at 8.1 megapixels takes beautiful pictures whether you are looking to take simplistic portrait photos or perhaps long range landscape photos. The results are perfect 99% of the time!

Advantages: Fantastic quality and loads of features! Disadvantages: Weird name and for the same price you can get better!
Olympus used the shockproof and waterproof design as the key selling tool for the µ[mju:] 820 and was built to provide the consumer with fantastic picture quality in a durable yet compact form. Through the HyperCrystal LCD screen shots are rendered perfectly clear whilst the face detection and focusing system helps even the most clueless photographer capture what really matters in a photograph. Complexity is added for those more experienced by allowing ... ...the Shadow Adjustment function. ISO sensitivity (long story short this is a piece of technology which allows better image quality in poor lighting without using the flash) helps automatically correct blur caused by movement of the camera or subject matter and is quite obviously an extremely useful bit of support when trying to take pictures or film hyperactive children! In regards to my personal experience I recently won one of these little beauties ...

Advantages: Easy to use, good features and excellent picture quality. Disadvantages: Bulky and a little heavy
I recently bought this camera bacause I wanted to upgrade from an old Kodak 3.2mp camera I had so that I could take better quality pictures of my new baby. It seemed to have all the features I was after and at 8mp I thought the picture quality would be great, and I haven't been disappointed. This camera is fantastic the pictures are so much clearer than on my old one, its easy to use just set it to Auto and it does all the work, but if you want a ... ...has all the manual controls you could ever want. The manual was easy to read so I had it up and running and I was taking pictures in no time. I got mine with the docking cradle so I could view my pictures on my HDMI Plasma TV, at full size on a 43" TV the pictures looked amazing. The only downside I can see with this camera is that its a little big and heavy for a compact camera, it doesn't really fit in the pocket, on the other hand it does feel ...

Advantages: high zoom and high quality standard pictures Disadvantages: Batteries, up close work and plasticy casing.
...the spots off my older HP camera. The extra megapixels do make a difference.
The camera menu is easy to navigate and the buttons that do the navigation are nice and simple to operate. The select or OK button is at the centre of the navigation and is very large so even people with big fingers can operate it with ease. The zoom button is L shaped so you cannot mistake which way the zoom lense is going. Talking of the lense, the 6X optical lense is ... ...of the camera to charge. HP do sell an "easy charge" kit for £20 but all the kit contains is a normal AA battery charger that you can buy for about £5 and a flimsy carry case. At least taking AA batteries it can easily be replaced when the batteries run out but i think they missed a big opening by not providing a battery that charges in camera. However, a set of batteries has a massive lifespan.
Also included in the box is a driver CD for connecting ...

Advantages: The menu system works great,It's pretty,The LCD display is really beautiful Disadvantages: nothing
On paper, this was the camera I wanted. Here were my criteria: (1) Shirt-pocket size. I was sick of subconsciously deciding NOT to take a camera along because I didn't want to lug about a bag of camera-plus-accessories-plus-adapter-plus-plus-plus. I wanted something small and self-contained that I'd get used to carrying with me all the time. The DSC-T100 is about the size of a deck of standard playing cards. (2) More than 3x optical zoom. I've had ... ...cam (too much zoom, at least for my shaky limbs). Something in between is the ticket. This camera is 5x. (3) High but not necessarily state-of-the-art number of pixels. This camera is 8.1 megapixels. (4) BIG LCD screen. As big as possible. This camera is 3" diagonally. (5) Flexible but easy-to-use shooting features, so all of my family members would be tempted to learn how to operate it. Like other reviewers, I was reluctant to buy a Sony, but for ...
