I actually took it on my holiday last year and it was brilliant in the sun at night long distance shots it done it all . The sony H9 is a very good camera. Its specs and features can show that for itself. It does have some bad points however. Pros: Its x15 zoom is great for getting in close to those shots that are out of reach or for animal shots. The 3inch LCD that tilts up and down is fantastic for those shots that require a high or low angle. ...is also many other modes to chose from including video recording. Its burst mode is also very nice, taking several pictures a second upto 100 pictures before stopping to save. Can take several hundred pictures on one battery depending on LCD/viewfinder use. Con: Main con has to be the picture quality.
