Camera or Digital Camera
Review of JENOPTIK JENDIGITAL JD C 350 by newb00ts

Advantages: Small, light, easy to use, good software
Disadvantages: very poor picture quality

I recently bought a printer from The Computer World and bundled up in the package was this free digital camera. I had never used a digital camera before and perhaps I expected too much of this camera as I believed it would take a picture similar in quality to a normal cheap film loading camera. Style The camera is'nt particulary stylish but looks ok, though the coloured perspex on the front does'nt look so great close up. It does feel a little ...

cheap and cheerful?
Review of JENOPTIK JENDIGITAL JD C 2.1 LCD by newb00ts

Advantages: Clear good quality pictures, cheap
Disadvantages: poor manual, time taken to take photos

...for another £30 to the Jenoptik 2.1 LCD digital camera. I'd never used a digital camera before and was still a little wary of them, believing that they could never match the picture quality of my pentax 35mm. ----Style and Design---- While this camera won't win any design awards its looks ok if a little uninspiring. The camera is made of a shiny silver plastic and is rectangular in shape. It looks and feels relatively robust and well constructed ...
...at the bargain basement end of the digital camera market. Looking from the front the biotar lens , viewfinder and flash are located at the right while on the top are the power, mode and shutter buttons. The rear of the camera is taken up by an LCD screen, the microphone, and various controls. On the bottom of the camera is the battery compartment opened by sliding a panel and a screw hole for a tripod. The camera's LCD screen is around 1.5" and ... Read review

A Fantastic camera!
Review of JENOPTIK JENDIGITAL JD 3.3 af by master-ryan

Advantages: Amazing pictures, good price
Disadvantages: Poor instructions, eats batteries

The Jenoptik Jendigital 3.3af is a Digital Camera which I think is slightly different to the other Cameras out there, it isn’t its strange name, it’s the fact it is relatively cheap for the large package it gives and also all of the special functions that come with it. I brought it a few years ago mainly because once you have taken your picture you can immediately see what it looks like and take another one if the picture is terrible and you can ...
...£100 which isn’t really that expensive for what it is. The camera is small and compact and stores a lot of special functions which help give you the best quality pictures. The pictures themselves are of a very high quality, and are highly adjustable if you transfer them onto your computer. It has a zoom function which isn’t really that good because, when the picture appears on the computer if you have used the zoom, the quality isn’t so good, but ... Read review

Wonderful backup or first user camera
Review of JENOPTIK JENDIGITAL JD C 1.3 LCD by biffo1261

Advantages: Light, easy to use, sound with video and excellent value.
Disadvantages: Fixed focus. Sometimes hangs on flash

...Jenoptik. The advantages with Jenoptik are that they are principally an optical company rather than an electrical company so lens quality is important to them. I also use it's big brother the Jenoptik 5200 z3 but I wouldn't be without my 1.3 LCD as it's just a case of point and shoot with the 1.3. ... Read review

cute camera
Review of Jenoptik JD 360 by maryjo

Advantages: fun and stylish
Disadvantages: poor battery life

My tiny digital camera is the size of a credit card. Its so small that friends have described it as a spy's camera, and make me feel like James Bond as I snap away! And snap away I certainly do! This is my first digital camera, and I'm delighted with it. I basically use it to take photos I can send with emails and to print thumbnail-type pictures of the ones I've saved on disc. OK, the quality is not outstanding, but for less than £100 I can't complain. ...
...and it has added features such as web cam facility, although I must admit I've never used this function. I really only need to take photos, but was persuaded to go for this model by its fun, colourful design. Mine is blue and transparent - it looks a bit like a toy - very kitsch! Battery life is poor, although I've been told this is common with digitals. As I'm not paying for films and processing, I don't mind a few pounds for new batteries every ... Read review
