Nifty little thing
Review of Leica C-Lux 2 by
Djmuffin
Advantages: Very stylish has a good range of features and brilliant picture quality
Disadvantages: None
This is an amazing camera with brilliant picture quality the quality of the pictures is so good that when i published them I was shocked at how they reflected reality.
It has a very simple easy to use interface the camera is also quite small but not so small that it falls out of your hand.
The camera is very reliable it can hold alot more images than you would expect the it to.
The camera is quite small and light so it does not weigh alot because ... ...pocket without knowing the camera is even there.
I think it is a very stylish camera it has an ergonomic design which makes it easy to hold in your hand.
The camera costs between £300 to £400 depending on the saler I thought this was quite cheap considering what you get.
The camera comes with a very simple instruction manual which I found it easy to use and I was using the camera after around 15 minutes. ...

Review of Leica Digilux 1
Review of Leica Digilux 1 by
lightroom
Advantages: fast operation
Disadvantages: no info in viewfinder, bad CCD quality, operating time
...professional photographer and bought a Leica Digilux 1 in October 2002. Initially, I was pleased with the camera, it handled like a Leica M series film camera.
After a lot of tests in different lighting conditions, I came to the conclusion that the camera is not really suitable for the professional or serious amateur.
On the plus side, the Summicron lens is brilliant (although let down by the poor quality of the chip) and functions well.
The LCD ... ...a great camera, shame that Leica billed it as being almost useable for semi-pros or pros.
The SD memory cards are nice, as they are about the size of postage stamp and are fast on transfer to the computer.
Fact is that it does not produce very good quality colour (though works quite well at the 1600x1200 JPEG setting - which is what I and many others suspect that the CCD is, using badly-written in-camera firmware which interpolates the file to ...

Clone of the Fuji MX1700
Review of Leica Digilux Zoom by
Alexmouse
Advantages: Very good all round package
Disadvantages: Cheaper to buy the Fuji MX 1700
...need accept a case which Leica charge extra for. I do not think you can buy this new any more but as a second it would be agood buy. The Leica is supplied with PhotoShop 5 LE which makes it nice to have just for that. The camera uses Smart Media 8MB which is upgradable if need be. Its macro is very good too with a shooting distance of 10cm. This is the same as the Fuji 1700 so read my review of that and this camera has all those qualities but you ...

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T70
Review of Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T70 by
philgerrard
Advantages: 3.5" LCD Screen
Disadvantages: in my review
...features as compare to other sony digital cameras. If you are going to buy T200, you may consider this camera, this is thinner, smaller then T200 and has almost same functions and features except few like t200 has 3.5" LCD which is bigger then this camera but to be very frank I really don't want a bigger screen, 3" LCD is fair on this model. Other then this T200 has 5x zoom but T70 has 3x only, which I don't bother at all because 3x and 5x is not ...

Review of Kodak EasyShare M853 by
jad1965
Advantages: Easy to use, liteweight, pocketable
Disadvantages: Haven;t found any
...You can also buy an Kodak easishare docking station where you can print direct. If you take a picture and it goes wrong (your fault) then one button and its gone! Very lightweight and compact and easily fits in your bag or pocket. I am not a technical person and find some gadgets difficult, but this little camera - even I can do!Charging up doesn't take too long and then off you go and experiment with it - great fun. Battery seems to last a long ... ...pixels and has a HD still capture, you can choose whether to use the flash, but it does come on automatically when the camera thinks you need it. Without a memory card you can only have 11 pictures, but I have a 1 gigabyte memory card (SD) and so can have hundreds on it, then you can either use the lead to upload onto your computer or just extract the memory card and slot into your computer or printer. You may take a picture like an ordinary camera ...
