FUJIFILM FINEPIX S5700, THE CAMERA FOR ME! :)
Review of Fujifilm FinePix S5700 by Hi-Spec-Tek

Advantages: EVERY ADVANTAGE FOR THE MORE SERIOUS PHOTOGRAPHER, SO MANY FEATURES.
Disadvantages: NOT INTENDED FOR YOUR POCKET. >OF COURSE NOT!<

Fujifilm Finepix S5700. This is a very fine digital camera at MY price! The moment I set eyes on this one, I was really very impressed. The features on this model are unbelievable. Just look at the specification to see what I mean. It is an easy camera to use. In Auto mode, simply great and for the experienced photographer the manual mode is excellent. I love this camera so much that I would buy two of them!! It handles well, all the important buttons ...
...the beautiful results from this Fujifilm gem the Finepix S5700, I knew this would fill the bill and it has. My best camera buy in 15 years I am certain. The price is right and the specifications are excellent. There are all sorts of add-ons such as lenses and specially made cases for it. This model takes an SD card as well as Fuji's own brand of card, so this is a bonus since I can interchange easily with my other cameras. Added information: This ... Read review

A Great family compact camera
Review of Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 by harry1511

Advantages: X10 optical zoom, wide angle, good battery life
Disadvantages: None, maybe no view finder if you really do need one

I bought this camera as a replacement for our "family" camera we have used my wife's old 35mm Cannon for taking holiday snaps and felt it was a good time to replace it with a digital. "We" wanted a camera with a good optical zoom, "I" wanted a camera to take good panoramic shots (I have a Sony W900i and use the feature frequently). There are not many digital cameras on the market that offer a high optical zoom and wide angle, most were either only ...
...a bit too big for us. The TZ3 was smack bang in the middle it gave a good X10 zoom (if I want more I'll switch to an SLR with lenses) and though not small enough to fit in my jeans pocket it fits fine in a coat or my wife's bag. The TZ3 offers many different shoot modes these are selected via a dial on top of the camera and allow you to quickly switch between them. While I prefer to play around with the settings my other half just likes to point ... Read review

Face recognition is amazing and makes sure there's no blurriness, I literally cannot recommend this camera enough, it is amazing! ... Read review

IXUS 75 Superb Compact!
Review of Canon Digital IXUS 75 by Craiglf

Advantages: Quality Shots, Build Quality, Ease of use.
Disadvantages: None.

The Canon Digital IXUS 75 is a 7.1 megapixel pocket sized digital camera, as soon as i recieved this camera i was very impressed with the build quality, it feels very solid to handle and looks like an expensive camera. The 3inch LCD screen is superb although there is no viewfinder this is not a problem for most people. Battery life is excellent, i have taken 200-250 shots on a 1hr charge. There is a fully automatic mode, good for people who want ...
...indeed and there are several manual options for more adventurous photographers out there, one very cool feature is the portrait mode which softens skin tones giving you nice portrait snaps, the camera has red eye correction so that you can fix red eye but only in playback mode, still a nice function though, overall i would say that this one of the best compact cameras on the market in this price bracket and you would be hard pushed to be disappointed, ... What a camera
Review of Casio Exilim EX-Z 1080 by sarahc1986

Advantages: Small, lightweight, easy to use, great pictures
Disadvantages: Haven't found any yet

This camera is great value for money. It provides high quality shots which are ideal for printing. The camera is small and light and comes complete with a charger so no more spending on batteries. The battery life is good and the camera auto shuts off after 1 minute of being inactive. There are a wide range of shooting modes to choose from one for nearly every environment. The shooting modes are ideal I've used them for various environments. The zoom ... Read review
