Great 1st digital camera
Advantages: Small and easy to carry Disadvantages: Battery life
...worry about it. It has Concord written on the front and looks quite snazzy.
You also get a CD, this is to install the software. You get a driver, reader and photo editor programmes. This basically means that once you have installed this CD you can start transferring all of the pictures and videos over to your computer to save memory space.
You get a 1 year warranty which covers you for defects in the material and workmanship.
You also get a quick ... ...then comes up with the Concord logo before it initualizes, this takes about 3 seconds so doesn't keep you waiting too long.
On the back of the camera there is another switch, if you pull it left you can start doing videos, in the middle you can view your photos and videos and to the right you can start taking videos.
When on the taking photos mode you only have to press the top button to take a photo so it's pretty easy to master, although if you ...

White Balance: Auto, Daylight, Shade, Tungsten.... (Work out how to use these for excellent pictures, do not use Auto all the time)
Quality: Fine, Normal, Economy... ( at the highest resolution, I cannot tell the difference in ... ...of .3... (as with White Balance, learn this too)

Eye Eye What a Flash -NEW UPDATE
Advantages: Economy price Disadvantages: none
...He introduced me to some Concord cameras which I had never heard of. Concord I thought, I want to take pictures not fly the atlantic. Anyway I was shown the "new" 3340z model from Concord and the salesman said they had sold quite a few and they were on special offer. I think the normal prce was £149 but sale price was £99. I was impressed.
The Concord Eye Q 3340z 3.1 megapixels digital camera seemed to have all the features I wanted. As well as ... ...that they no longer stocked Concord cameras and as I had an extended warranty on the product I was entitled to a FREE replacement camera for the same price.
I picked out a very smart little Olympus camera which looked very good ..............but that will be another review! ...

Good All Rounder
Advantages: Nice price Disadvantages: Not as Flashy as Some
I have had this camera for about 2 years now and it has never once let me down. It has lots of functions such as red eye remover and different light options. You can review and delete your pictures there and then. It comes with very limited picture space about 18 high quality pictures I think but you can buy an extra memory card relatively cheap. It is ok for print quality snapshots and high quality emails but not best for your favourite photos. ... ...this camera would suit younger people who haven't had much expierence with digital cameras. It is also good for technophobes due to it being easy to use and just point and click.
Other than the speed the battery runs out I have had no problems with this. It is fantastic as it is a nice small camera that fits in your handbag lovely. The LCD screen for viewing the photos is cool but hard to see in bright lights. The only problems I find with this ...
