Advantages: Easy, Light, Great Quality, As Good as a professional one, Cheap, quite resistant

Advantages: Build and picture quality. Interchangeable lenses whilst still compact.
Disadvantages: Lens selection limited to Fuji and Leica, although some manual adapters for other makes exist.
