Digital-Point came out at the top of the search with rgbdirect. I'd never heard of either of these two companies so I came back to Ciao. Advantages: Appears Cheap!! Disadvantages: Lie about availability
Awful. I would advise anyone not to deal with this company. Will only deliver to card holders address, if you want it delivered elsewhere will ask you to pay cash into their bank account, so pleased I didn't do that. Arranged and ordered for when i was at home, item listed as in stock so ordered on line, called them to ask for delivery date informed would be within 48 hours. Called following day as not heard anything assured that the tv would be ... ...on day of delivery to be informed that tv was out of stock and would be 3 weeks (Dec 5 was to be childrens Christmas present) asked for refund told that would take a week. Online information and call centre stated that the item was in stock prior to order being made. Would never recommend. ...

Quick review of Digital-Point
So far so rubbish.
Ordered TV last Thursday. Phoned the following Monday, told the TV will be delivered by Wednesday. Nothing. I phoned Thursday, they hung up on me. I phoned back, told TV 'should' be with me Saturday or Monday. I told them I need the TV on Saturday at the latest or I don't want it as it is a present, guess what, they hung up on me again.
Their website promises '110%' customer service. I have had 0%.
If this TV turns up on Saturday I will be very surprised. They are among the cheapest out there, but I would gladly pay a little more and actually receive the product and some customer service.
Be wary of dealing with digital-point (Electro Centre Ltd)

Quick review of Digital-Point
DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered a 22" LG LCD TV from them as it said on the website that they had it in stock. It took over 4 week to be delivered!!! I had to phone them every day with them telling me that 'they a would get another delivery in tomorrow'....tomorrow never came. The customer service people where rude to me at the best of times! It is only when I cancelled my order that one magically appeared.
I then had to deal with the delivery people...I phoned them to get some grunts and a very helpful delivery time of between 8am-6pm! Rubbish!! ...

Advantages: Price Disadvantages: Out of Stock and then getting you money back!
Shocking attitude and customer service.
If you are about to buy from these people beware! Just because it says its in stock may not be the case. You will be left fighting to getting your money back!
TV ordered 2 weeks ago, we had to phone them chasing the item.
It is now dicontinued or so they say, despite having our money for the 2 weeks. They now say it could take 7 days to get our money back. Cheeky bliters to say the least. Everything on their ...

Bought a chimney hood (at a fabulous price!) on a Friday at around lunchtime. Received a call at dinner time to say that the product would arrive the next day and it did!
