Advantages: all in one unit Disadvantages: need to learn how to get the right sounds
...The digitechRP12 is a floor based multi effects unit for guitar with the ability to store sounds and call them up quickly and easily.
The range of effects is vast and they cann be combined to create a good range of sounds.
You store the sounds in banks and they can be accessed through the floor pedal board.
The effect quality is very good and the programming of the sounds is easy. You get 64 standard settings and can set 64 more

Advantages: Excellent build - great sound Disadvantages: Little to complain about
...The RP12 was a standing stone the RP100 and 200 are the way forward. The RP100 - is for me a the very escence of professionalism and creative structure. I love it! You may have guessed. The device is extremely uncomplicated to operate, yet complex enough in depth and facilities to allow one to experiment with robust and violent abandon. The device is extremely well made and I'm sure would well survive a Slipknot rampaging stage show. Although to be fair I'm not sure that any effects pedal would beable to cope with an onslaught of blood streaked vomit hitting it at 50mph!
The device offers a huge range of effects, microphone positions and volume stroke gain contols. A hugely impressive 40 pre set effects voices and a combination of 20 varying drum beats, a tuning section and a number of tweaking controls provide the guitarist or indeed...

Advantages: Very loud! 3 channels (OD1, 2 and Clean) and, of course, it's valvestate Disadvantages: Very heavy!!! Large, and awkward to transport
...sounded. It was like I had been living in a cave all my life! My old Peavey amp had been restricting the effects (No idea how) and I highly recommend this pedal to go with the amp (DigitechRP300a). All in all my first impressions were pretty good from this amp (Once we had it working) - Make sure you wait about half an hour before panicking that the amp isn't working though! I'd give this amp 9/10 for first impressions - Large, awkward and heavy, takes ages to get started the first time, but beautiful crisp sound, incredible compatability with effects pedals and enough buttons and dials to give even the most intelligent of sound techies a long day trying to figure out - More of a synthesizer than an amp:)
PERFORMANCE
We've had this amp for a few months now and have played many gigs... It's been over a month since I...
