Advantages: so many effects and features, 'favourites' memory, great fun
Disadvantages: whammy tracking problems, out of production, can't change preset settings, not true bypass

This pedal by digitech was an attempt to put a whammy pedal and a wah pedal into one. There are 29 settings that can be used (6 of which can be saved into a 'favourites' section for easy access - very useful if you want to use, say no.4 and no.21 in the same song without having to cycle through everything else inbetween!
